ABOUT US
The Set is a 4000 sq foot large open floor plan industrial style production space with 22 foot ceilings, a cyclorama, two private green rooms, hair & makeup stations, private parking lot, fully functioning kitchen, four bathrooms, with a mezzanine/loft overlooking the main shooting area. Not included in the square footage is a prop/set carpentry shop and 5000 square feet of prop/production storage, that includes studio elements, production flats, set pieces, furniture, backdrops, C-stands, combo stands, apple boxes and other basic production supplies.
Event Space / Venue
The Set Studio can host 15-300 people & is ideal for private events, art exhibitions, performances, workshops, fashion shows, wardrobe fittings, meetings, corporate events, private dinners, show rooms, pop-up shops & even family events like weddings, birthday parties, Quinceañeras & Bar mitzvahs.
